Netherlands, creates sculptures to give
new meaning and use to environments
that are in transit.
Waste lands, urban wilderness and
suburbia is where artists and the site
owners introduce an investigative and
pioneering use of the public realm, using
sculpture, (landscape) architecture and
participatory place making.
